About me
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties? You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, gain clarity, and develop the tools to create meaningful change.
I believe counselling can transform your quality of life - helping you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and approach life’s difficulties with greater confidence.
How I Can Help
I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely and make sense of your emotions. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life and work towards positive, lasting change.
I support individuals facing a range of challenges, including
- Anxiety and Depression
- ADHD and Autism
- Relationship Difficulties (including neurodiverse & intercultural relationships)
- Family Issues
- Low Self-Esteem
- Stress & Burnout
- Life transitions
- Young adults
- Expats
My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our work to your unique needs. Drawing from psychodynamic and humanistic theories, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship as I believe that’s the foundation for growth and healing.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, holding a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). My experience includes working within the NHS counselling service in London.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
