About me

Talking treatments help you to change ‘unhelpful patterns’ of beliefs, thinking, feelings and behaviours. We are an health care social enterprise where your recovery is primary over our desire to make money.

I provide caring and compassionate cognitive behavioural therapy or clinical psychology support with a range of emotional difficulties especially, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, abuse and neglect, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), eating disorder, substance dependence, chronic fatigue syndrome,  staff wellbeing, as well as the specific emotional difficulties faced by  immigrants and business men and women.

I also provide support for emotions associated with physical health conditions-Neurological disorders, Pain management, Psychophysiological disorders,Physical disability,Accident injury, HIV, Sports rehabilitation, Drug rehabilitation.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.

BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
