Dorothy Davis MSc MBACP (Accred)
Queens Garden Business Centre
I offer therapy sessions to adults who wish to work on issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, low confidence and self-esteem, or for personal development. The initial consultation is free and without obligation for the first half hour, enabling us to find out more about one another.
It depends on the individual needs of each client as to how many sessions may be helpful - this can be discussed at our first meeting. I am happy to work with both short-term and long-term clients.
I have experience of seeing clients in various settings including, NHS, university, a mental health charity, private practice and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) work. I have been working as a qualified counsellor since 2011. I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy - Registered MBACP (Accred).
I am insured and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My BACP Registration No. is 041515
