About me

I am fully qualified & experienced bilingual (Polish and English) counsellor  & psychotherapist. I offer a sensitive, confidential therapeutic service to individuals and couples. I am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work within their ethical framework.

I practice Reiki, use energy and breathwork to enhance the process of healing.

Therapy can offer you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space. I am an Integrative Practitioner. This means I use elements of various therapeutic approaches to respond in the best way to my clients’ needs.

I offer a free 15 mins introductory telephone consultation which allows us to discuss your needs and what you expect from therapy. It also helps us to find out whether I am the right therapist to work with you.

I offer sessions in English and Polish language. Face to face sessions or on-line, wherever appropriate. I offer short term focused and open-ending or long term therapy. This takes place weekly, fortnightly, or sometimes twice a week.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Further information

Helping people was always in the centre of my heart.

I trained in a past few years to work in the therapeutic way with others and I continue my professional development.

I live My Life with Passion and I am privileged to share this Passion with Others.

I practice mindfulness, yoga and deep breathing and relaxation. I love to dance, sing and I laugh loud. I use body movement and sound in the therapy in aim to free you from any blocks you may experience in your body, mind or soul.
