Donna Philpott BA (Hons), MBACP
Thanks for stopping by, I'm Donna. I am based in Llanelli.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, with “The Person Centred approach” at the heart of all I do.
We are all individuals and I will respect and work alongside you, at your own pace, in a way that best suits you.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such I adhere to the Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions (2018).
As part of this, I keep up to date with relevant training ensuring I keep myself and clients safe.
I work with clients of all ages...ranging from primary school children, through to young people and up to adults. I passionately believe that from as early an age as possible it’s important to know that it’s ok to talk, especially about how we feel. The younger a person learns to be able to do this, and normalise it.... the more it embeds within them and then carry it forward into adulthood.
As a counsellor I will provide a safe and confidential therapeutic space, which will enable us to explore the issues that might bring you to counselling.
If you feel you need support, or are interested in finding out a little bit more about what counselling might be like?
Please get in touch.
Together we can figure out whether “counselling”, or “me the counsellor” would be the best fit for you.
