About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a variety of experience, which enables me to facilitate my clients to work through any issues they may have, in an empathetic, non-judgmental way. I work in collaboration with my clients to enable them to grow and move forward.
I work with all types of presentations and I previously volunteered with Women & Girls Network working with women who have been abused. I use an approach whereby everyone is an individual so, I tailor each session to suit my client's needs. I have worked in mental health for over 20 years, so have plenty of experience in many areas.
