I am a qualified and experienced therapist. I offer both long term and short term therapy to individuals, couples and families for a wide range of issues.
I have qualifications in mediation, critical incident debriefing, coaching and I am qualified to MA level in Relationship therapy. I have worked for Relate since 2013 and I have also undertaken additional training in order to meet a wider variety of needs. This means I can work with just about anything you bring.
I am an ethical practitioner, BACP registered and I attend monthly supervision.
I have worked with clients throughout all developmental stages, with an age range of 6-87 years, across a variety of settings including: schools, colleges, universities, NHS, forensic, charities, and private practice. I have also counselled individuals with learning disabilities, mental illness and personality disorders.
I work with anyone from any age, gender, race, religion, ability, appearance, class, culture, education, employment, sexuality, sexual orientation, spirituality and relationship status.
Your well-being is very important to me, so I will work hard to meet your needs. I am very passionate about my work, therefore I spend a lot of time outside of the therapy room analysing our work together.
