About me

Most of us, at some point in our lives, will experience difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours due to problems in their relationships or challenging situations at home, work or school.

Some people find therapy to be a helpful space to examine their difficulties and explore or process the underlying problems. Talking through your experience with someone who is trained, with the aim of either resolving your problems or finding a better way of living with your experiences can help enhance both psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing.

I believe that therapy should be a space where we feel safe to be our unapologetic selves! I encourage this by offering a friendly, down-to-earth, non-judgemental space to talk. To really address your identified difficulties, we will explore collaboratively what has happened in your life and the patterns that are maintaining your difficult experiences.

With training and experience in evidence-based therapies, I work flexibly and in an integrative way to tailor your therapy to meet your needs.

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, with further training in providing therapy supervision and leadership.
