About me
My approach is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity.
I trained as an integrative therapist, which means I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all method. People are different - and I believe therapy should reflect that. My role is to work with you to find what actually helps you, rather than trying to fit you into a predefined model.
While I draw from different approaches - whether relational, psychodynamic, or cognitive-behavioural - my focus is always on what feels most relevant and useful in the moment. Therapy isn’t about diagnosing what's "wrong" with you. It's about creating a space to explore your experience openly, without judgment, and seeing what emerges.
I often think of therapy as a kind of collaborative experiment. Together, we try to understand what’s troubling you, how it affects your life, and what might help unravel the knot. Sometimes it’s about asking the right questions. Sometimes it’s about seeing old problems in a new way. Always, it’s about working together - at your pace, and on your terms.
If you're feeling unsure about starting therapy or what it might involve, that's completely natural. I aim to make the process as open and human as possible.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully BACP-accredited integrative therapist with eight years of clinical experience, both within organisational settings and private practice. I work with clients of all ages and can adapt to the needs of either short-term or long-term therapy.
I have supported individuals facing a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to): work-related stress, relationship or marital difficulties, anxiety, abuse, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma (including complex trauma), family conflict, life transitions, identity concerns, creative or existential blocks, burnout, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Alongside my clinical training, I hold a Master’s degree in Psychoanalysis, Culture, and History, which deepened my understanding of the cultural, philosophical, and psychological dimensions of human experience. This background informs my work with clients who are grappling with broader questions of meaning, purpose, or direction in life.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients through stage-of-life transitions and existential questions - moments where uncertainty or change can also carry the seeds of growth.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
