Dinah Butler MSc, MBACP (Senior Accredited)
Together we can explore the areas of your life you struggle with, why it may seem that the same things keep happening, or how to overcome the past. It is my role to help you find the joy of expressing your true self in your life.
The first meeting is an opportunity to explore in detail you and your life. Most people gain enormously from this initial meeting. You can then decide whether you want to take the next step.
Experienced in brief/ time-limited as well as long-term work, I can help you clarify what you want from counselling at this point in your life and how counselling can help.
I am an experienced counsellor and passionate about my work. I use my experience but also learn from and adapt to each individual. My approach is integrative which means that I draw from a range of approaches but keeping the counselling relationship and your needs central.
