About me

I'm a Clinical Psychologist, specialising in high functioning anxiety, depression,  self-esteem, burnout, stress, and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in working with high-achievers, who struggle with perfectionism and want to close the gap between their potential and performance. If on the surface you look like you have it all together, but the silent voice of self-doubt plagues you, then we will likely work well together.

My style in therapy is warm, collaborative, engaging, honest, and not very formal. I don't take myself too seriously, can be slightly irreverant, and enjoy taking a creative and practical approach to problem solving. I am what I call a 'why person' and like to work with the heart of a matter, rather than treat symptoms at a surface level.

I use an integrative approach in therapy, which means I draw from a number of different theories, depending on what is most appropriate. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy.

I work with both adolescents and adults, and have over 13 years experience. I also have a fantastic team of high qualified psychologists in my practice, also specialising in EMDR, neurodiversity, including ADHD and ASD, as well as CBT for anxiety and depression.

We offer high-standard diagnostic assessments for ADHD in older adolescents and adults.

The research is really clear that the outcome of therapy is directly linked to the relationship you have with your therapist. Because of this, I offer a free 20 minute consultation via Zoom to determine whether I am the best fit for you.

Outside of therapy I am a mum of three, running enthusiast, pianist, and people person at heart.
