About me

Hi and welcome I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Senior Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society and Supervisor. I have over fifteen years of experience as a Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for Adults, Children and Young People.

Life changes and life stages can bring us challenges, sometimes leaving us feeling sad and muddled, impacting our self esteem and confidence. We can find ourselves struggling to know what we want, how to move forward or which choices to make.

Our lives change all of the time and we can be impacted by events, relationships, family relationships, anxiety and emotions that can at times feel more difficult to understand alone. Exploring these changes and any confusion in counselling can be an opportunity to better understand our selves.

We can be impacted by our working life, it may be of help for you to know I have experience of counselling in the workplace.

"I genuinely feel our sessions have helped and I can now focus on a happier and healthier future"

I offer the option of therapy by phone online or face to face

When offering face to face therapy I work within easy reach of Leamington Spa Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford upon Avon.

I offer therapy by phone or online -Certified Cyber Therapist - Online Therapy Institute - 2016

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
