Diana Fisher (FdSc, MBACP) Individual and Couples Counselling and Psychotherapy
Hello my name is Diana. Feel you need to speak to someone. Feeling low or anxious? Recently lost a job or a loved one and finding it difficult to deal with? Struggling within your relationship? Life can sometimes feel very overwhelming and our troubles can leave us feeling vulnerable, upset or even frightened. Counselling can help to rebuild self esteem leading to a good outcome and a better understanding of the self.
I am an experienced Individual and Couples counsellor. I provide a personal approach, with a safe environment to discuss and explore your concerns and worries.
My aim is to provide a safe environment and confidential space in which you can be heard, without judgement, to discuss whatever is troubling you. I understand that it can be difficult to take that first step in seeking counselling and it is a strength to ask for help when we are struggling.
