Hello my name is Diana. Do you feel low or anxious? Have you recently lost a job or a loved one and finding it difficult to deal with. Life can somtimes feel very overwhelming and our troubles can leave us feeling vulnerable, upset or even frightened. Counselling can help to rebuild self esteem leading to a good outcome and a better understanding of the self.
My aim is to provide a safe environment and confidential space in which you can be heard, without judgement, to discuss whatever is troubling you. I understand that it can be difficult to take that first step in seeking counselling and it is a strength to ask for help when we are struggling.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy for individual adults and young people on a one to one basis working in Farnham. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I have a relational approach and work integratively, pulling on what is useful for the individual. I provide one to one counselling that may be open ended or for an agreed period of time.
I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with :
- Panic Attacks
I have several years experience working at an agency called ARC that deals with adults and young people providing short term therapy. My work there is ongoing.
My consulting room is in Farnham, and is within walking distance of the train station and bus routes. There is also easy parking. Farnham is accessible to Aldershot, Hindhead, Godalming, Elstead, Fleet, Farnborough, Haslemere and Alton.
Whatever is troubling you, get in touch and I will offer you the opportunity to decide whether counselling could help. please feel free to contact me via e-mail or phone. Thank you for looking at my website, I look forward to meeting you.
