About me
I am an experienced counsellor, hypnotherapist and life coach, working with people from all walks of life. I provide a safe and welcoming environment to help you feel comfortable without feeling judged or criticised. I will work with you to reach your end goal and ultimately feel better about yourself and your life. I use different techniques, depending on each client and structure each treatment plan accordingly. All sessions are strictly confidential.
I also offer an integrated approach to counselling and coaching for those clients who wish to build on the work done during counselling. Counselling helps clients uncover and understand certain experiences or events, while life coaching helps them to move forward in a positive way, unlocking their potential along the way. However, this personal consultancy may not suit everyone which is why each therapy can be used together or on their own.
We are living in an ever-changing, challenging world and life can sometimes be difficult. We may occasionally need a helping hand to overcome the stresses and strains of everyday life, or someone to listen and help put things into perspective. Anxiety and depression can be isolating, grief sometimes affects us in ways we didn’t expect or we may feel angry with the world for no apparent reason. Whatever the problem, it helps to talk about it.
