About me
My name is Dev and I am an NCPS-accredited counsellor, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to healing and self-discovery. With a wealth of knowledge in various therapeutic approaches, I employ an integrative style that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), and Person-Centred Therapy. This allows me to tailor my sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
I specialise in addiction recovery and have extensive experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system. My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Together, we will work towards understanding the underlying issues that contribute to your struggles and develop effective strategies for positive change.
Whether you are seeking support for addiction, navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system, or simply looking to enhance your emotional well-being, I am here to help. Let’s embark on this journey together towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
