About me

Sometimes life can be overwhelming, we can be dealing with something and you may just feel stuck and unable to break out of the cycle. You may need to talk to someone to help understand your thoughts and behavioral patterns.

I work to help you make lasting changes to feel content and fulfilled using a combination of therapy skills including Counselling, and solution-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Book an Intro call and  All First Sessions - £35.

Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with NHS and Harley Street background- working with adults, children and young people who may be experiencing depression, anxiety disorders - health anxiety (hypochondria), social anxiety, generalised anxiety, separation anxiety, OCD, PTSD and panic disorder, trichotillomania (hair pulling), excoriation (skin picking), eating disorders and body dysmorphia, loss and bereavement and relationship problems.

At times, every one of us may face challenges and dilemmas. Reaching milestones in our lives and transition points can leave us confused or emotionally charged.

Counselling and CBT can help with a spectrum of difficulties from day-to-day worries, self-esteem and confidence a relationship breakdown, or psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.

Only when we speak to someone unconnected from us can we hear our thoughts and how we are feeling and make lasting changes.

Perhaps you're facing difficulties in work, education, relationships, self-esteem, or you're not entirely sure what is bothering you and you are feeling 'stuck'.

I work with you to establish and help you achieve your goals at your own pace. I will offer you a safe space where you can be listened to and express your uncensored thoughts. Therapy can also help you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours and then work to break out of this vicious cycle.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
