About me

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and our emotions suitcase may feel heavy. It is only when we speak to someone unconnected from us we can start to find solutions and answers so we can make lasting changes.

I head a team of counsellors, Cogntive Behavioural Therapists (CBT)  and psychotherapists across the UK. Call on 07786009240 to find out the best option for you and how we can move forward together.

Counselling and CBT can help with a spectrum of difficulties from day-to-day worries, self-esteem and confidence a relationship breakdown, or psychological problems such as depression and anxiety (health, social, OCD, PTSD), self-esteem, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, relationship problems, addictions, bereavement and others.

I work with you to establish and help you achieve your goals at your own pace. We will offer you a safe space where you can be listened to and express your uncensored thoughts. Therapy can also help you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours and then work to break out of this cycle.

I have worked in mental health for the last 11 years and practiced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) within the NHS.

Please get in touch and we can discuss a tailored therapy plan and move forward together to help you overcome whatever you are feeling or challenges you may be experiencing.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
