Are you ready for a change?
If the answer is yes, I offer you a completely confidential 'Free Initial Telephone Consultation' with absolutely no obligation. I would like to be able to tell me about whatever you need help with, without feeling there is any pressure or commitment. You can take your first step towards the future you want. This first meeting allows you to see if you feel comfortable talking to me and ask all the questions you need.
I have worked in psychiatry on a professional basis in the early 1990s and trained as a Registered Nurse in Mental Health. I began specialist training as a Therapist in 2003. I worked as an NHS therapist from 2006-2008, completing the most advanced accredited training available. I went into full-time private practice in 2008, as I wanted to deliver a truly effective and accessible service. Now I am a sole practitioner in my own small limited company working from home in Norwich. My mission is to help my clients learn how to to help themselves to get the best out their lives a short space of time, in most cases, they are with me for an average of six sessions. Further one-off top-ups are available should they be required at any time.
I have extensive experience in one to one Remote Therapy (Teletherapy and Video link Therapy as well as working face to face).
