About me

I'm an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist who draws from various counselling methods (person-centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, CBT, NLP, Human Givens) to meet the needs of the client. Whether you have a specific problem to solve, such as fear of flying, or have a more general feeling of unease or dissatisfaction with life, I will help you find what works for you.

Having been practising as a therapist since 2000, I have experience in working with a range of conditions, from needle phobia to depression and erectile dysfunction. The starting place for all therapy is listening - to understand what life is like for you, and help you find that place of healing within you.

I can see you in my Rodney Street Chambers in Liverpool or Dalton House in the centre of Wrexham.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and the General Hypnotherapy Register and am fully insured with Holistic Insurance Services.
