About me

Hi! I am a qualified integrative counsellor working in a person-centered way while including some key aspects of CBT and TA and I am a BACP registered member. I work mainly in the Chadwell Heath Area. I have worked with many people helping them to achieve their goals as well as improve their mental health. I can work with many issues including:

  • Addiction to drugs and alcohol
  • OCD and phobias
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Co-dependency
  • Stress at work
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Abuse

At least one in four adults will experience a mental illness in their lifetime. Everyone needs someone to talk to, and many benefit from the caring, non-judgmental support of a trained professional.

People go to therapy for many reasons such as relationships problems, stress at work, grief and loss, or simply to figure out who they are, and learn to live life to the fullest. Some people may be experiencing a crisis in their lives or may want to explore how they relate to the world around them and discover more about themselves.

When you call me (you may need to leave a message), we will arrange a time that is suitable for us both to meet and discuss what it is you are looking to get out of counselling. It is also an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me as your counsellor. If we decide to work together then we can agree a time to begin work. We will also discuss when we would like to review our work together to ensure we are both happy with how the work is progressing.
