I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, with experience of working with young people and adults with a variety of issues, including depression, trauma, self-harming, grief and attachment disorders.
I offer a professional, confidential, respectful and non-judgmental space. I have worked with both short term and long term clients and I am happy to work at the client’s pace.
I am a registered, member of BACP and follow their ethical framework.
I am an integrative counsellor. I use a variety of approaches to suit the client’s needs. I am grounded in the Person-centred approach, CBT and some play therapy.
