About me

As your Counsellor, your individual Counselling journey is important to me,

As an Integrative Counsellor my training and experience give me a broad range of tools, person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, gestalt, transactional analysis to name a few. With them I can tailor my approach to suit your needs. Together we will create a road-map which works for you and enable you to gain a sense of choice in your life.

Prior to qualifying as a Counsellor, I worked therapeutically with adult survivors of PTSD, domestic violence, child abuse and mental health issues. From this, my 20 years’ experience, I can say, no two people and no two life events are alike.

Working with adult survivors helped me to understand the importance of being heard and accepted, struggles an all. I became a Counsellor because empathy and compassion are at my core being, given, unconditionally and without judgement.

Fundamentally, I believe in a safe ethical and confidential space for you.
