I offer the first 30 minute consultation free of charge. After the first consultation, I charge £40 per 1 hour session and reduced fees for students in training.
I am a qualified, experienced counsellor. A member of the BACP and work to their guidelines and follow rules regarding the ethical boundaries.
Listening and standing in my clients shoes, seeing the world through their eyes, is a fundamental, part of the therapeutic counselling that I offer.
As a counsellor I stay with my clients agenda at all times and go at their pace.
Actively listening as a counsellor helps the client to explore the issues that brings them to counselling. It is ideal for individuals who are motivated to find out more about themselves and work towards solving their issues.
