Welcome. My name is Debs and I am an experienced counsellor. If you are wondering about talking to someone, I’d like to listen. I’d like to offer you the space to explore what is going on for you and perhaps find a way of reframing your experiences and shifting your perspective on some of your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes it is hard to know who to talk to; friends and family can be too closely involved or affected by how you feel. They may have their own opinions and judgements. Perhaps you are alone. I will not judge you or try to direct how you should feel. I will try to be beside you as you explore and help you unpick why it is you feel as you do. And I will do this in confidence.
I have lived and worked both in the UK and overseas and have gained a breadth of life experience. We are all touched by good, bad and sad times as we make our way through life. I came to counselling as I tried to find my own way through those times. Now I’d like to help you.
