I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with 8 years experience in both counselling and hypnotherapy. Does life sometimes feel like a struggle? I can support you if you would like to explore your thoughts and feelings, to be treated with warmth and empathy and be really listened to without judgement or to be supported in helping you resolve your problems.
Counselling can help with any situation which has led you to feel anxious, sad, stressed or frustrated. It can help you to see things from another perspective and help you find solutions for your worries.
I have helped and supported clients with the following issues in the past: abuse, trauma, bullying, stress and anxiety, depression, work-related issues, infertility and miscarriage, OCD, eating disorders, relationships, domestic violence, parenting, suicidal thoughts and many other issues as well. I also have personal experience of parenting children with Autism, and working with neurodivergent people.
