About me

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with 7 years experience in both counselling and hypnotherapy. Does life sometimes feel like a struggle? I can support you if you would like to explore your thoughts and feelings, to be treated with warmth and empathy and be really listened to without judgement or to be supported in helping you resolve your problems.

Counselling can help with any situation which has led you to feel anxious, sad, stressed or frustrated. It can help you to see things from another perspective and help you find solutions for your worries.

I have helped and supported clients with the following issues in the past: abuse, trauma, bullying, stress and anxiety, depression, work-related issues, infertility and miscarriage, OCD, eating disorders, relationships, domestic violence, parenting, suicidal thoughts and many other issues as well. I also have personal experience of parenting children with Autism.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
