About me
As a counsellor, I offer a pluralistic approach using a variety of different therapies to find those that most align with my clients. I also practice hypnotherapy and Integral eye movement therapy that work well to remove the stifling emotions from our memories. I have a background in education and have also worked with a variety of trauma related behaviours. My life experience also allows me to have awareness that I can apply to my work.
I do not fix people, but I do provide a non judgemental space where we can look to find a place of peace and often find answers within the questions.
