As an integrative counsellor, I believe that every individual’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to suit your personal needs. My work is rooted in providing a safe and confidential space where you can explore your emotions, gain deeper self-awareness, and develop coping strategies for life’s challenges. Whether you are struggling with stress, grief, trauma, or personal development, I work collaboratively with you to support your healing journey. I offer a free initial 30 minute telephone consultation, which allows you to make an informed choice about my suitability for your needs.
