About me

Would you like to start feeling better about yourself and your life?

Would you like to talk things over in a safe, confidential, judgement free space?

Then you are a good way to changing the quality of your life.

Whether your struggles are as a result of a sudden life event like bereavement, redundancy, divorce or due to issues that have been troubling you for awhile such as depression and anxiety, counselling can help.

As a friendly integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with a good deal of personal life experience  and years of experience counselling adults and young people I draw on a variety of therapeutic traditions to support you as we work through some of your difficulties. I have successfully counselled clients with issues such as generalised anxiety disorder, relationship issues, depression, panic attacks, stress, low self esteem, grief, agoraphobia, gender dysphoria, attachment disorder, anger, domestic and sexual abuse.

I have a particular interest and training in Autism Spectrum Condition and am able to conduct a preliminary assessment with a free report and referral to your doctor for a formal assessment/diagnosis.

I also offer a free initial half an hour telephone consultation so that we can find out a little about each other and what you would like to get out of the therapeutic process. Feel free to call me to ask any questions.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually once weekly in Stourbridge counselling rooms. Fortnightly sessions may also be possible depending on issues raised.

Please email/call for more details and to book a FREE initial consultation.
