Deborah Hubbard MBACP
How might you be feeling?
We all have a fundamental need to feel listened to, accepted, valued and understood. Often in life we don't experience these things and we can end up feeling misunderstood, judged, confused and alone. Sometimes, even if we have supportive family and friends, it can be hard to be fully open about how we feel as we fear hurting, upsetting or burdening them.
Perhaps you can relate to feeling like that? Perhaps you are feeling anxious or low? Perhaps you are finding life difficult and need someone with training and experience to come alongside and help you to find a way through?
How might I be able to help?
As a Person Centred Counsellor, I can provide a warm, accepting and confidential place for you to express how you truly feel and explore the challenges you face, whether they be relational, experiences of loss and grief, work or health related, depression, anxiety, low self confidence or anything that is concerning you.
Through truly listening and helping you to uncover the feelings and issues that lie beneath what is troubling you, together we can go at your pace to find a way forward that is right for you and help you to find greater peace and fulfilment.
