You are probably reading this because you are experiencing some difficulty in your life.
You may already know what the problem is, or you may be having trouble identifying it, but you know that something isn’t right and you want the time and space to figure it out.
Feelings are powerful and many of us need help at times to understand our emotions, reflect on how they are impacting us and the other people in our lives, and come to a place where we can safely revisit them and find news ways to live with them.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor based in Ealing, West London offering face to face counselling to adults. I work from a private and comfortable self-contained room.
Clients come to me to speak about a wide range of issues and I have a particular interest in issues around anxiety, self-esteem and the roots of these troubles.
It can be hard to get started, but if you would like to take the first step in finding out if I am the right counsellor for you, send an email or call or message the telephone number listed on this page. If I can’t answer, leave a message and I will call or message back.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation where we can start to talk about what you are looking for and whether I feel I can help.
Take your time to look through my website and my Facebook page www.facebook.com/lavendertreecounselling to find out more about how we could begin to work together. If I don’t feel like I am the best person to help you, I will always try and refer to a counsellor who I feel can.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
