About me

I am an experienced NCPS Accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have worked in mental health, mild and acute mental illness and addictions for the past 15 years with the NHS, private and charitable organisations. I work both face to face and online. Working as an integrative Psychotherapeutic counsellor  allows me to draw upon various models of therapy. This enables me to create an individual and flexible therapy plan tailored to your individual need.

Are you experiencing life changes that are causing you stress, low moods and anxiety? Perhaps your job is causing mental and emotional distress.

Do you feel confused about your sexuality? or need support with your current identity or transitions?

Are you struggling with your mental health? Are you struggling with past or present trauma?

Perhaps you're using substances or alcohol to cope with life’s pressures or have developed addictive behaviours that are spiralling out of control?

Do you feel ready to talk, explore and work through your issues in a safe and confidential and non judgemental space?

I can help you address your concerns empathically without any judgement following at your own pace while building a trusting authentic therapeutic relationship.

Contemplating therapy can be daunting, choosing the right therapist is important, I can offer you a free consultation, this allows you to get a feel if I’m the right therapist for you. Should you prefer online sessions these are available using a safe and secure platform.
