Fda Couns, MNCS (Accred) Counsellor

About me

I am an experienced NCS Accredited Integrative Counsellor. I have worked in mental health and addictions for the past 10 years with the NHS and charitable organisations. I work both face to face and online. Working as an integrative counsellor  allows me to draw upon various models of therapy. This enables me to create an individual and flexible therapy plan tailored to your individual need.

Are you experiencing life changes that are causing you stress, low moods and anxiety? Are you struggling with your mental health? Are you struggling with past trauma? Perhaps you're using substances or alcohol to cope with life’s pressures that are spiralling out of control?

Do you feel ready to talk, explore and work through your issues in a safe and confidential space?

I can help you address your concerns without any judgement and at your own pace while building a trusting authentic therapeutic relationship.

Contemplating therapy can be daunting, choosing the right therapist is important, I can offer you a free consultation, this allows you to get a feel if I’m the right therapist for you. Should you prefer online sessions these are available using a safe and secure platform.
