About me

Hi. Thanks for looking at my profile. Heres a little bit about me and how I can hopefully help you.

I am a fully qualified accredited psychotherapist counsellor, through National Counselling Society. I can provide a safe and confidential environment for you to be able to explore your personal and emotional issues that you may have. Each person has obviously individual needs and through talking we can together, explore, understand why we act/behave in a certain way and find perhaps new coping mechanisms and strategies. By talking, working creatively with you through art media etc, using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique - Tapping) or hypnotherapy, things can change. I have worked with Cruse Bereavement Care as a Bereavement Volunteer and currently work/volunteer as a Counsellor at CPSL Mind Mental Health CAMBS.
