About me

Warrington based   Counsellor     CBT Therapist       Life Coach

Is something not quite right in your life? Are you feeling overwhelmed?

Need to talk to somebody? Life can be really difficult and confusing for us all sometimes. I can help you.

Hi I'm Deborah but mostly I'm known as Dee. I work closely with my clients (both individuals and couples) to explore any issues going on for them and help them to understand what's working and what's not working in their lives and relationships. Talking things over in a safe and confidential environment can help you to discover more about yourself and your emotions.

Together we can work towards creating some positive change in your life and enabling you to reach your full potential, trusting and utilising your own strengths, ideas and abilities.

I love what I do and I have been privileged to work with so many people who have gone on to create more positive and happier lives.

Kind words from my clients

"Well what can I say! Since working with Dee, I have had nothing short of a profound experience. I have managed to pick myself up from a very dark place and realise my inner worth and potential. I'd been out of work for over a year and felt like I had nowhere to go - Stuck in a self fulfilling prophecy of nothingness. Fast forward only 3 months and I'm not only back working at the same company that I love, but I have managed to gain a promotion and I'm now embarking on an exciting journey!"

"Dee will go above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that she is providing only the very best service. It becomes apparent from the very first session that she genuinely cares about her clients and will provide them with all the mental tools needed to succeed. Dee will guide you through any problems you are having, at a pace that is comfortable for you."

"I can't thank Dee enough for everything she's done for me! She's really great at what she does and she should be very proud that she makes such a difference to people's lives!"

"As long as you commit to questioning your own thoughts and behaviours, the possibilities are limitless when working with Dee!"

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
