Debbie Vaile MBACP
Hi my name is Debbie and I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I am trained in several therapeutic approaches that allows me to tailor sessions to meet your specific needs.
Life can be challenging at times impacting on our confidence in managing effectively leading to emotional difficulties resulting in depression, stress, anxiety and tension.
Difficulties may relate within life presently or arise from past experiences affecting how you think, feel and behave. You may feel restricted in being able to talk and share your feelings with those closest to you. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your concerns, gain insight and deepen awareness, without judgement or opinion. My focus is solely on you in supporting an exploration of your thoughts and feelings. I will offer encouragement in addressing unhelpful patterns and behaviours and work with you in building confidence and resilience and finding solutions that feel right for you.
The quality of the therapeutic relationship is a key factor in supporting change and personal growth for individuals. It is important that you feel comfortable in engaging and being able to share your concerns. I am empathic in my approach from which I hope you will experience being heard, understood and accepted.
