Debbie Vaile MBACP
At times in life we may experience stressful and challenges phases, encounter difficulties within our relationships or struggle to manage unresolved issues from the past. We can be left feeling overwhelmed, suffering with anxiety, stress and depression which all impact on how we think, feel and behave. We may question our ability to cope, or feel unable to communicate this to those closest to us, concerned that we may be judged or misunderstood.
We are all unique with our experiences that shape our identities and, I believe, that each identity is individual in itself. As an Integrative Counsellor, I am trained in several therapeutic approaches allowing me to tailor sessions to meet your specific individual needs. I believe in the importance of establishing a trusting and respectful relationship between us that will provide support and a confidential, safe and accepting space for you to explore openly and honestly how you may be feeling, without fear. I hope that you will experience the conditions that will give encouragement for you in achieving a greater self-awareness and understanding of yourself. I will work alongside you as you explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing and support you as you find a more effective way to manage in moving forwards, enhancing personal growth and positive mental and emotional well-being.
