At various points in our life, things can become overwhelming and we need support. Counselling offers that support and a space where you are free to talk without judgement. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can talk about your concerns and work through the things that you want to change, at your own pace. I’m a humanistic relational counsellor and my training was predominantly in Transactional Analysis, which focuses on improving relationships and how to better understand ourselves and make the changes we need to, to improve our relationships with others and with our self. I work ethically and flexibly and will work with both long and short term with clients, depending on their requirements.
