About me

Specialising but not limited to: Anxiety, Weight, Pain & Bereavement.

Helping you to explore your feelings and emotions that are usually related to experiences in your life, allowing you to reflect on what is happening and consider alternative ways of being. Working in a confidential setting, I listen attentively, offering you time, empathy & respect, with the aim of reducing confusion and increasing your ability to cope with challenges, or to make positive changes in your life. I adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and Ethics, have full professional insurance & enhanced DBS

I believe one style of therapy doesn’t suit everybody, and because of this I offer an integrated approach to counselling. Based on your personal preferences your sessions can include one, or a mixture of therapies, including: Psychotherapy, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Pain reduction, Mindfulness & EFT

As well as Psychotherapy, I also hold qualifications in Hypnotherapy and trained in OldPain2Go & EFT

It can be difficult making a decision as to which counsellor you choose, so to make things easier I offer you a free 30 minutes initial consultation, giving you the opportunity to explore whether you feel comfortable with me, and importantly, that I can help you.  After your free initial consultation, you are under no obligation to book any further sessions

I am currently a volunteer counsellor at the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth Garden City, supporting adults & children through pre-& post bereavement
