About us

I am a qualified psychotherapist specialising in CBT and EMDR for trauma and Director of Mind Growth Mastery Community Interest Company.

We are a non profit organisation. Our vision is to empower people to work with challenges and live a personally meaningful, productive and vibrant life and to support organisations to create healthy environments where people thrive.

We provide therapy, training, workshops and coaching. We have therapists who are accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists, NLP trained and also trainee Integrative Counsellors. We offer a free initial discussion with an Associate and then charge according to means.

We believe in the Growth Mindset of mental wellness. This is about navigating challenges, whilst focusing on our strengths. Being able to do the things we want to do, in the face of difficult thoughts and emotions, is a key ingredient to contentment, satisfaction and emotional and physical well-being.

Pleas pick up the phone and call us, text us or email. Make contact - it is the first step towards making life work for you.
