About me

Hi, I'm Debbie, I am a qualified psychotherapist specialising in CBT and EMDR for trauma and Director of Mind Growth Mastery Community Interest Company.

Mind-Growth Mastery is a non profit organisation who's vision is to empower people to work with challenges and live a personally meaningful, productive and vibrant life and to support organisations to create healthy environments where people thrive. Providing therapy, training, workshops and coaching.

I believe in the Growth Mindset of mental wellness. This is about navigating challenges, whilst focusing on our strengths. Being able to do the things we want to do, in the face of difficult thoughts and emotions, is a key ingredient to contentment, satisfaction and emotional and physical well-being.

Please pick up the phone and call, text or email me.

Making contact is the first step towards making life work for you.
