Searching for a counsellor can be a tough process. It can take a great deal of courage to seek help, maybe at a time when you are feeling you're most vulnerable. Making that first step can be hard, I appreciate how difficult it is.
I am here to provide a safe and confidential environment for you. A space for you to explore your feelings without being judged or given advice. I can support you in finding your own solutions to problems that you are having.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with experience in a range of issues. These include (but not exhaustive of) anxiety, depression, attachment issues, bereavement, substance/alcohol abuse, low self-esteem, relationship issues and confidence.

Finding the right counsellor for you can be daunting I therefore offer a free 30 minute initial session. This is to give you an opportunity to have a sense of what working together will feel like and for me to answer any concerns or queries that you might have about the counselling process.
Sessions are then charged at £40.
