D. Shaun Larkin
I am a BACP registered counsellor based in central Leicester. For clients looking for a space to talk, I offer confidential face to face counselling with compassion and understanding to individual adults facing challenging issues.
Examples of issues I can help you resolve might include generalised anxiety and stress, depression, relationship issues, or a number of life’s other difficulties listed below.
I will work collaboratively with you to explore the issues you are experiencing, using a psychodynamic approach. A free initial consultation is available, where we discuss your requirements and how we might best work together. Following this meeting I offer weekly counselling sessions on weekdays and evenings. Each session lasts 50 minutes and continues for a mutually agreed number of weeks. Short-term focused therapy may last for 6 to 8 weeks, and longer term counselling may be open-ended and subject to regular review.
If you have read anything here that you would like to discuss further, please contact me by 'phone or email to fix an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
