About me

I'm a person-centred counsellor. I believe that every individual has the ability within themselves to create meaningful change. My role is to support you in discovering your own strengths and solutions.

My belief is that counselling should be affordable for all, and that's why my online sessions start at just £20. I also offer Pay What You Can sessions for those unwaged or on a low income. Message me if you’d like to learn more.

The version of ourselves that we want to be - or that we need to be – can change, from year to year, month to month, even day to day. This is challenging enough to navigate but, when our mental health takes a turn, it can suddenly all get a bit much, can't it? Sometimes we can't do it alone and that’s OK. That's where I can help. That outside voice who isn't in the situation, who can listen without judging, and give you the space you need to worth things through.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their professional code of ethics, ensuring a safe, ethical, and high-quality counselling experience.

My passion for counselling comes from my own journey. I know firsthand the value of professional support, and I want to provide that same help to others. I believe counselling should be affordable and accessible so that as many people as possible can get the support they need.

I have experience working with clients facing a range of challenges, including:
✔ Depression
✔ Anxiety
✔ Loneliness & Isolation
✔ Grief & Loss
✔ Childhood Trauma

Working exclusively online means you can access support from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are in the UK. I also offer limited Pay What You Can sessions for those who find the cost of counselling a concern.

Please note that I am only able to work with clients based in the UK, and all sessions are conducted in English. Please check your spam folder if you haven't heard back from an inquiry.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
