Are you suffering with anxiety, panic disorder, or depression; feeling sad and hurt, or a deep sense of longing, frustration or anger?
Does life seems like an uphill struggle at present and have you lost all motivation to do things? Maybe you have suffered emotional abuse, physical abuse or trauma?
Are you having relationship issues and finding it hard connecting with the people you love the most?
Are you feeling lonely, like you have nobody to turn to or trust?
Sometimes when there are family issues or there has been a death, separation, betrayal or change in the family, it can leave you feeling like you need somebody unbiased and non-judgmental to talk to. There are times when life can just become too much, it seems overwhelming and the smallest things get to you.
You don't have to struggle alone, you can get through this and things can get better, I am here to help you become more at peace with the issues that they have or going through & let you explore your feelings in a confidential & non-judgmental relaxed environment.
To get started give me a call or drop me an email to set up the initial session were we can talk about what you want to get out of counselling then if you are happy to continue we can set up a second session.
