About me

As a registered MBACP Gestalt therapist with over 17 years of experience in health & social care across various settings, I've had the privilege of supporting diverse client groups facing a range of challenges. Within my private practice, I offer individualized sessions online, by phone, or in-person, tailored to your specific needs.

With a background in Gestalt therapy and an integrative approach, my goal is to nurture your journey towards fulfillment and satisfaction. In our sessions, you'll find a welcoming, empathetic, and confidential space where you can freely explore your inner world without fear of judgment.

My focus is on one-to-one therapy, and I adapt my approach to suit your unique needs and dynamics, fostering a relationship that honors your individuality and growth.

Training, qualifications & experience

My expertise lies in Gestalt therapy, underpinned by a thoughtfully crafted integrative model and a carefully developed pluralistic perspective. Central to these approaches is the shared goal of supporting your journey towards becoming a more 'whole' person.

In the therapeutic space I create, you can expect a warm, friendly, and confidential environment where you are free to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Specializing in one-to-one therapy, my approach is uniquely tailored to your specific relationship with me, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
