About me
Hello and welcome to my profile
I'm an accredited member of BACP and an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. I have worked as a psychological therapist for the NHS and now run a private practice in Central London.
People start therapy for many different reasons. You may feel alone, anxious or depressed, want to explore the past, achieve new goals or just learn more about yourself.
People come to therapy for many reasons. And it's not always easy to make that first step. Whatever you need help with, I can offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what's troubling you.
Therapy tailored for you
As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of tools, especially tailored to your needs. We'll work together to discover what's standing in the way of your natural potential.
I believe every client is unique, and my training as an integrative psychotherapist enables me to draw on several therapeutic modalities. Once I get a sense of who you are, and what you need, I can tailor my approach to you.
My experience and training
I'm trained in trauma therapy, and several psychotherapeutic traditions, including Psychodynamic, Existential, Humanistic and Transpersonal. I also draw on a lifetime of meditation, and my work with the NHS in London.
In therapy, I offer a safe, confidential space where we can look at what's on your mind without judgement. We'll talk about the past, the future, and what's happening for you in the present moment. I'll invite you to let me into your world, to walk in your shoes, so I can experience your point of view.
As we work through issues, you'll begin to develop a new awareness and sensitivity towards yourself and others. You'll learn to draw on your own wisdom and guidance.
I specialise in the following areas:
- Trauma
- C-PTSD
- Anxiety and social anxiety
- Depression, low moods and mood swings
- Grief and bereavement
- Finding your life purpose
- Confidence and low self-esteem
- Relationships – family, friends and partners
- Integrating spirituality into everyday life
I look forward to becoming a part of your journey

I'm registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), the largest professional body representing counselling and psychotherapy in the UK. I abide by their Code of Ethics.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information
Our first session will be the 'initial consultation'. This is an online meeting where we'll be able to see whether we're a good fit for working together.
I'll use this time to learn as much as I can about you. We'll talk about the issues troubling you, and I'll get some history about your family and personal life.
This is also a time for you to ask questions, about the therapy, the amount of sessions, and anything that might be concerning you.
If we decide to work together, we'll agree on a weekly time slot which I'll hold for you on the same day and time.
