I offer sessions face-to-face; via telephone; or online (using Zoom - a free and confidential/encrypted video app). I work with individuals and couples.
I am a qualified counsellor, with over 12 years experience. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and also fully insured.
My work with clients largely explores areas around relationship issues, divorce/separation, anxiety, depression, stress, loss/ bereavement, health issues self-esteem, confidence, addictions, and work/life balance.
My experience as a counsellor and therapist is extremely varied. I work with clients in areas of their lives where they would like to make sustainable changes; find coping strategies; or gain a better understanding of who they are.

I have always been interested in the field of psychotherapy and it was in my mid-20's that I started training as a Counsellor.

My standard fees for face-to-face, telephone or online/video appointments are:
Individuals: £45 for a 60 minute session
Couples: £50 for a 60 minute session
Clinical Supervision: £50 for a 60 minute session.
I am also able to offer a discounted fee for counselling students who contract for 10 or more sessions.
My practice is based in Sandiacre. Parking is available but for those who don't drive, the premises are easily accessible using the 'Trent Barton I4'.

Unfortunately, my home office does not have wheelchair access, as there are two steps to enter. However, if you require counselling and have additional accessibility needs, I am happy to a) explore the option of a home visit or b) hire a suitable room.
