About me

I offer sessions face-to-face; via telephone; or online (using Zoom - a free and confidential/encrypted video app).  I work with individuals and couples.

I am a qualified counsellor, with over 12 years experience.  I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and also fully insured.

My work with clients largely explores areas around relationship issues, divorce/separation, anxiety, depression, stress, loss/ bereavement, health issues  self-esteem, confidence, addictions, and work/life balance.

My experience as a counsellor and therapist is extremely varied. I work with clients in areas of their lives where they would like to make sustainable changes; find coping strategies; or gain a better understanding of who they are.

Please get in touch by clicking the ‘email this counsellor’ button (below) or text/phone the number (above). I will endeavor to make contact with you as soon as possible to discuss how we might move forward and work together.

Many thanks
