About me
I specialise in supporting women in breaking free from the lingering effects of past toxic or emotionally harmful relationships. Together, we gently explore the patterns and past experiences, often rooted in early life, that may be holding you back, so you can heal fully and build the future you truly deserve.
I also specialise in supporting women, particularly single mums, and mothers of children with SEN or disabilities; who feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in emotional pain.
Whether you’re healing from a past relationship, carrying the weight of childhood trauma, or feeling worn down by the demands of motherhood, I’m here to help you reconnect with who you are and rediscover your inner light.
How I Can Help?

☀️ Heal emotional wounds from the past
☀️ Understand and manage anxiety or depression

☀️ Break free from unhealthy or abusive relationship patterns
☀️ Build self-worth, emotional resilience, and confidence

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Health Psychology. My training has given me a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, unconscious processes, and how past experiences shape our present emotions and relationships.
I am especially passionate about supporting mothers, helping them navigate the challenges of identity, self-worth, and emotional well-being.
In addition to private practice, I have worked in an SEN school, providing support to children with additional needs and their families. This experience has deepened my understanding of the unique pressures parents face, particularly mothers, and informs my compassionate and insight-driven approach.
My continued professional development ensures that I stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic approaches to best support my clients.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
