About me

I offer a relaxed space to explore your personal difficulties  safely and within the boundaries of confidentiality.   I know how difficult circumstances can have an impact on an individuals mental health and how you can feel alone and isolated and thinking you have no one to turn to for support.

I can offer that support, to be a gentle presence to help you understand yourself and what you are experiencing.  I will not tell you what to do, I believe that you as a person has your own healing ability.

I have trained in Person Centred Counselling which truly believes that you have the strength and ability to make your way through your therapeutic journey.  I work towards the BACP's Ethical Framework. I have over 10 years experience practising as a Counsellor.

I am an Accredited Counsellor with the National Counselling Society.  I am also trained in Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused therapy. I am located within the Banbridge area of County Down. I have gained my Advanced Diploma in Counselling.

I have worked with young people residing in residential units of care and I have worked with individuals who have been experiencing very difficult experiences within their life ranging from Suicidal thoughts, Panic, Anxiety, Depression and many more.

I offer individual counselling sessions lasting 50 minutes and I offer students a reduced rate of £30 for any personal therapy. I can discuss payment options with anyone who may not be able to afford full price.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my Profile and I hope to hear from you in the near future.
