Daniella Shalev Psychotherapy ~ UKCP reg.
Hi, I'm Daniella, an integrative psychotherapist with over fifteen years’ experience.
My work draws on humanistic, existential and psychodynamic approaches, also incorporating solution focused work. My aim is to ensure all clients feel understood and have a safe space to explore their lives, their past, and their present challenges. I offer support to my client to identify the areas of their lives they wish to work on and helped through this process to find their own resolutions. This is turn leads to improved emotional well being and helps facilitate personal growth.
Previously, I established and led services for the NHS and charity sectors working with adults and young people across a range of services including trauma and bereavement, fertility services, substance misuse services and student services, as well as having substantial experience of working in private practice.
Although able to support clients facing a range of issues, I do have significant experience of working with depression, stress, including work related stress, loss and bereavement, trauma, anxiety, low self esteem, fertility issues, post natal depression, relationship issues, abuse, anger, illness, alcohol misuse, cultural and spiritual issues.
Life is rarely straightforward, and sometimes when you’re having a difficult time, it can be helpful to talk with a professional outside your circle of friends and family, so why not get in touch to see how I can help. I offer both individual psychotherapy which can be either open ended or time limited. I look forward to working with you.
