About me
I believe in creating a space where you feel truly heard, accepted, and supported. My approach is compassionate, open, and relational, meaning that therapy is something we do together, not something done to you. I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, but my goal is to create a relaxed, adaptable, and mindful environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I work integratively, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic approaches. This allows me to adapt therapy to suit your unique needs, whether you want to work through past experiences, navigate present challenges, or develop a deeper connection with yourself. I have a strong belief in the power of self-awareness and reflection, and I love supporting people in building a more compassionate and meaningful relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is not about ‘fixing’—it’s about understanding, exploring, and healing. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their emotions, uncover patterns, and find ways to move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Whether you’re struggling with difficult emotions, past trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together towards growth and healing.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling, which has equipped me with a broad and flexible approach to therapy. Over the past nine years, I have worked in a range of supportive roles within mental health, including supporting people with severe and complex mental health needs. My background includes working in the charity sector and as a welfare advisor for Citizens Advice, where I supported individuals navigating life’s difficulties, including housing, benefits, and crisis situations.
My experience has taught me the importance of empathy, adaptability, and truly listening. I have worked with people from all walks of life, facing a wide range of challenges, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support. I believe in working holistically—helping you explore not just your struggles but also your strengths, values, and hopes for the future.
At the heart of my work is a deep passion for watching people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, non-judgment, and a commitment to your well-being, I’d love to walk alongside you on your journey.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
