About me

Your story, your pain, and your collection of struggles are unique to you.

The therapeutic journey is too, unique to you.

One of the most important factors in beginning therapy is feeling comfortable with your therapist. Our first meeting provides time to reflect and explore your reasons for considering therapy.

Feeling safe and understood is essential when starting therapy, especially in couples therapy. Our first session is a space to explore your shared goals and individual perspectives in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationship, we can work together to create meaningful change.

Training, qualifications & experience

Over the years I have been involved with mental health charities offering long-term therapy for clients with complex needs. Other charities include group work to support those experiencing loneliness and social isolation.

My couples (romantic and platonic) therapy has been based in Enfield, this is now available in Paddington.

I have been a computer programmer, sales manager teaching Jungian marketing, and former City Director, so I understand the pressures of corporate life.

My analytical training is Psychodynamic with influences of Klein, Jung, Bion, Winnicott and Fairbairn.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BPC
British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)

The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional association, representing the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

The organisation is itself made up of fourteen member organisations and BPC accredits the trainings of its member organisations. An individual who qualifies from one of these trainings is then eligible for entry into the BPC's register.

BPC registrants are governed by a code of ethics, a policy of continuing professional development, a statement on confidentiality and a complaints procedure. The BPC is a Member Society of the European Federation for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (EFPP). Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
