About me

You may be here because you want to feel better. Perhaps you're struggling with an immediate life challenge such as anxiety, depression, or a specific situation that you need help navigating. Or maybe you have a general sense that something isn't quite right, and you want to explore it further. Making sense of these thoughts and feelings on your own can be difficult. Through counselling, I can help you understand what is happening so you can start to feel more like the person you want to be. Opening up to someone can be challenging; I’ve been there, and I understand.

I take an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, all underpinned by Person-Centred counselling. I believe you are the expert in your life, and my role is to support and empower you. Our sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges and work together toward your personal goals.

Taking the first step, even just reaching out, can feel like the hardest part. Speaking openly about yourself—perhaps for the first time—takes courage. That’s why I offer a patient, non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy at your own pace. If you have any questions or want to learn more, feel free to get in touch.
