About me
I am a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years experience working with people with mild to severe psychological and emotional difficulties. As a CBT therapist, I have supported people with a variety of difficulties to overcome their distress and move towards living more fulfilling lives that provide meaning and quality to them.
I believe that the quality of the relationship is one of the most important features for effective therapy and I enable this through listening non-judgementally to my clients and guiding them to finding the answers they need. I believe that working together enables us to not only understand your problems better, but also to find meaningful ways to address these difficulties and make lasting changes that relieve emotional distress and upset.
Training at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London, I have had the privilege of studying at the longest running CBT training course in the UK under world renowned Psychologists and Therapists and was fortunate enough to receive supervision at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT) at the Maudsley Hospital.
